If you want to be a tad snarky, you can simply say "kip." It just means "food," which technically applies. Just use that for every type of food. Problem solved! (At least, that's what I do!)

Unfortunately, I don't think there is a translation. you'd have to improvise. Instead of saying "Ramen", maybe translate what Ramen is. this will take some skill, however, and there, I cannot help you. I hope this helps, otherwise, I'd suggest checking out the dictionary.
