In order for the website/program itself to legitemately be in Dovahzul, Google Inc. would have to decide to make it, which I'm sure they simply won't do. However, by all means you can send an email that contains only Dovahzul in its contents (though you might not be able to change the text into the dragon alphabet font; I'm not sure how that works).
