Many different languages have "Happy Birthday" meaning different things because of their culture. Since Dragon culture usually consists of dominance and glorious battle, "Morokei Kiirsul" seems what one would use, literally meaning "Glorious birth day." (Kiir meaning "Birth" and Sul meaning "Day)

If you need characters if you're writing it on a cake, here you go.

Kiir means "child", not "birth".
"Birth" is kiin.
