Suffix -ly

The first word that comes to mind is Certainly

Certain in Dovahzul is Reistig, but what of Certainly?

Is there a Dovahzul equivilant, or similar suffix to represent -ly?

Dovahzul does adverbs somewhat differently. "Courageously" and "truly" are expressed with the nouns "courage" and "truth" with supporting words; hi krif voth ahkrin "you fight courageously / you fight with courage." Ni mindok ko vahzen "I don't truly know / I don't know in truth."

Other examples.

Oh dang, I'm still quite new to Dovahzul, only learning of Thuum.org just a few days ago.

When I get better I want to translate the Lusty Argonian Maid and it's sequal and spinoff.

I was wondering because Lifts-Her-Tail says Certainly right at the begining of the play, and I don't know how I would convey that word.

I guess a better question would be, how would the sentence "Certainly not, kind sir!" Translate to Dovahzul?

This is where you might need to get more creative in the translation. Maybe, "No, and with certainty, kind sir!"

I saw there was no word for "certainty" yet, but I'll make one soon. Currently I'm thinking reistigaar.
