Good question! This is called conjugation, and Dovahzul thankfully has very little of it. English can be confusing that way because -s is used for both present tense conjugation ("he wounds") and plural nouns ("the wounds").

In Dovahzul "I wound," "he wounds," "she wounds," etc. would all use ahraan. So these would translate to zu'u ahraan, rok ahraan, and rek ahraan. Whereas "the wounds" would be ahraanne or ahranne.
