For the purpose of learning it is really useful to create your own dictionary. After I did mine I had a really good understanding of which english were aviable, making it a lot easier to rewrite an english sentence into a translatable english sentence. 

Thuum did release a dictionary, I do not know the location, but google can help with: thuum dictionary pdf.
