State of Non-Canon

I have seen that non-canon is a thing, and I was just wondering whether or not, it's still being used. It seems like it has been stopped by thuum.org so I'm just slightly confused by the whole ordeal.

March 14, 2019 		You're correct, non-canon vocabulary is no longer supported. Non-canon vocabulary may still be used at your own risk of those you're speaking with not understanding, or for personal use such as poetry.

In the event that it is supported again, definitely no longer would any member be able to submit non-canon requests. There would most likely be an exclusive group of self-proven Dovahzul know-hows who would work on adding non-canon vocabulary anew, yet there has hardly been any serious discussion of it so far.
