  1. Make an image 100x100.
  2. Upload your image to an image hosting site like imgur.com.
  3. Go to your profile page, and click the "Edit Profile" button.
  4. Copy and paste the direct URL of your uploaded image into the URL textbox.
  5. Save Changes
