Unfortunately, the dovah didn't see it necessary to teach us that word, but for the quote you're looking to translate, you could translate "I was once a traveler like you until I suffered an arrow wound." (or "...until I ... became a husband/wife" if you believe that one theory about the quote). Of course it's not exact, but that's okay!
