dragon names

i noticed all the dragons ive seen in game are named with three one sylable words that come together forming a meaning that encompases their charcter durneviir for instance (curse never dying) or even alduiin (destroyer devourer master) is there an explanation to this? its obviously not accidental

This is explained in game. It is because all dragon names are also shouts. There are some dragons with less than three words (such as Kruziikrel) but these names are still shouts.

(For the record it's spelled "Alduin" not "Alduiin")
