How to say the name "Silkrinbii"?

I've come across a name like this many times, and wanted to know. I know it's meaning, but never heard it pronounced. I also don't know the runes for it.

Could someone please help me?

Depends on what theory you follow for the pronunciation of "i". I would say it like this: "sil-krin-bii" sil rhymes with will, krin with grin and bii with bee. This is the name in runic form: [silkrinbii]
