For "madness", I would use whatever phrases someone in the story/context you're using it in might say. Give us the sentence you want with "madness" in it and a way someone in that universe would describe madness, then we can translate that.

Some examples: "meyz mey" (become fool) might be one way

"Hahdrim meyz voro" (mind become unbalanced) might be another way

You could also say "krasaarsehah" "sickness of the mind" or "hahdrim-krasaar" "mind-sickness"
