Translation within a Song

I want to translate a song into Dovahzul, but I need to know something first. This song already has some Dovahzul in it, so would I translate the Dovahzul it already contains into English?

Interesting question! Would this happen to be Legends of the Frost? I suppose you could translate the Dovahzul into English for effect.
