Is there a translation for "again" or "once more"?

I'm sorry if this has already been answered and it's just buried in the pages! I'm trying to write "I am myself again" and come to think of it, "myself" doesn't have a translation either.

You can translate with "as before now/this time" (ol us nu/daar tiid).
"I am myself again" can be "I am as I once was" (Zu'u los ol zu'u ont lost). Take note that even if you don't a way to convey one word, you can convey a complete thought that contains that word differently.

For myself, you can use zu'u, or indirectly by referring to what about yourself specifically is happening. For example, "I cut myself" could be "I cut my hand" (Zu'u vey dii haal)
