Can someone please translate the word "acceptance" if posible?

Hello, so i want a tattoo that says acceptance in dragon language if anyone wants to tell me the translation it would be perfect.

I translated it on the legacy translator and the translation was "Eimend" and i dont know if that is correct, because on the translator page its says that
