Possessive suffixes

As I understand the possessing suffix for "my" is "-i" and for his/her/its is "-ii".

How do you make a distinction between the two when speaking? How do you pronounce them and do you change the stress of a word?

Thanks

Stress is the only way to make the distinction. For example you would say LAANi vs laanII or moNAHi vs MOnahII.
