How do you say tower in canon Dovahzul?

If there is no canon equivalent, is there a non-canon equivalent?

Depends on which definition you want translated. Do you mean tower as in the building, the verb "to loom" or are you referring to The Towers as relates to The Wheel. No official translation exists for either of these however in the case of the last you could say "qethselein" "bone of the world".

As for Legacy, I don't know. You'd have to check the Legacy translator.

A non-canon equivalent is "Angaar".

I was researching this earlier, and you could possibly use "keep" to describe a tower. I saw an article about castle keeps and they are described as towers within the castle structure.

Using this, you can possibly use "house of keep" (hofkahsedein). It doesn't contain any hints about it being a "tall tower", but I think it'll suffice.
