There isn't, because the only canon greetings are the Dragon greeting "Drem Yol Lok". I personally would recommend "Pruzah vu", since "vu" means "dawn". 

Think about this: For anything you want to say that isn't canon, you're relying on shared language understanding. As long the community you're in understands "raise sun" as "morning", it's all good.
