Do names stay the same when speaking in Dovah?

So I had been learning a few different fantasy languages, (Elvish, Daedric, etc) and sometimes the names of people change to match the language, so do names change in Dovah or are they said the same as in english?

Hi. I think it's alright either just put the letters in dragon language or respell the name by its pronounciation in most cases.  I would suggest the latter, though. Also as you may have noticed, there is no corresponding letter C in dragon language, so maybe you'll have to replace it with K (Caroline) or S (Ceasar).
