If/Then

How would one go about creating an if/then sentence or question? For example: "If it is snowing, then it is cold." Another example: "If I clean my room, can I go?"

I looked in the grammar questions thread and lessons link but didn't see any particular thread or the exact section regarding this. Thank you in advance for your help!

The closest way to say "If it is snowing, then it is cold" would be "Rul od mah, (ful) su los krah" = "When the snow falls, (thus) the air is cold"
