Paarthunax's "What is better..." Translation Advice
I have been wanting to get the famous quote from Paarthunax tattooed on my body. It means a lot to me, and it will be my FIRST tattoo. I want the sentence to be in the draconic runes, so first I have to make sure I have the correct translation with the correct meanings.
I have seen Anon & Frinmulaar's discussion from 2017 ("Panthurax Famous quote translation") and have also included the translations in the list below.
Please, if someone can, review these translations and recommend the correct translation. - los pruzaan kos kiin kul, uv qahnaar kosil vokul voth lot morah
- "is (the) best (thing) (to) be born (morally) good, or vanquish inner evil using great focus"
- conveying the duality of "good by nature" vs. "vanquishing inner evil
- los nii pruzaan wah kos kiin pruzaan, uv wah kren vokul sos voth sahrot mindoraan
- “Is it best to be born good, or to conquer evil blood with mighty will”
- los nii pruzaan wah kos kiin pruzaan, uv wah kro’nid him vokul sos voth sahrot fen
- "Is it best to be born good, or to conquer your evil blood with mighty will"
- Direct (conquer YOUR evil blood)
- los nii pruzaan kos kiin kul, uv wah kron hin vokul sil zeim lot unt

- “Is it better to be born good, or to overcome your evil nature through great effort?"
