Paarthunax's "What is better..." Translation Advice

I have been wanting to get the famous quote from Paarthunax tattooed on my body. It means a lot to me, and it will be my FIRST tattoo. I want the sentence to be in the draconic runes, so first I have to make sure I have the correct translation with the correct meanings.
