Profile Picture and Name

My biggest problem in this site is "how can I change my profile pic and name here?"

Can somebody help me how? Thank you :)

October 21, 2014 		A name change can't be done manually. You have to ask an admin to change it for you. As for profile picture, it must be 100x100 pixels, must be an imgur link, and must be in .png format fir the site to accept it. You can ask an admin to help if you can't figure it out.

To extend on Toxikyle's answer, I don't think it has to be an imgur link, I know this as I used tinypic.
