Where/to whom do I submit text?

I attempted to translate the 1st article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights into Dovahzul, and I was wondering how I would go about posting it or getting a second opinion on the quality of the translation by some others on the site. Y'all probably have a good bit more practice than I do.
