Only FEEL Alive When NEAR Death

Hey, new to this, but I need a translation for feel and near. I'm getting a tattoo I want to say "Only feel alive when near death" "Nunon ... Nahlaas Fod ... Oblaan" The best I have for feel is "Haalvut", or the alphabetical translation is "foenli" and near is "Niazrah".

Before giving a translation, two things: 1) Phonetic ('alphabetic') translations are only made for names. 'Mountain' in Dovahzul is strunmah, not maunten. 2) Letter names are only used to spell words out loud. K-O-D makes kod, not keiotdah.

Now that those are out of the way, I suggest Mindok tol nahlaas nunon ahst qalossedinok. It breaks down as "know that (you are) living only at the touch/presence of death".

Looked further into the alphabet and saw a few mistakes I made. A closer guess at translation is FEEL - fohirli/fokiili NEAR - nihir

@Frinmulaar

Thanks! As usual I was thinking a little to simple haha The way you put it is a lot more eloquint and I will be using yours. It's going along my forearm bones, and for it to fit better I'm going to leave out nunon. It should still make sense as "know that (you are) alive, at the touch of death. Thanks so much!
