Not at the moment, but in the near future, I'm sure there will indeed be a way to create text in Dovahzuul. If you're talking about the runes that is, and it would most likely start on any android phone or PC keyboard option menue. Just like the Dovahzul Dictionary app, it hasn't developed into an iPhone option, therefore only android devices are capatable with the programming. It's a great idea and I too hope that at least keyboards connected to PCs will have a Dovahzul option ASAP. But until that happens, we'll just have to wait. I hope my answer was helpful.
