[AO] [SD] Dovahthur Returns

 1  2  3  4 > >>

Emperor of Man
November 7, 2015

Plot:

Three years after Mortha's defeat, Dovahthur has amassed a powerful army of Immortal creatures. The end is nigh, and the Immortals, among others, will stop it.

The Gods have begun to fall. Auri-El, Y'ffre and Malacath have placed themselves inside the Immortals, Sauriil, Falin and Makor. The Immortals (among others) will find who, or what, is causing this.

Rules (Additional rules may be added, check this regularly):

1) Keep Sexuality to a Minimum

2) You MUST be dedicated. No "This will be my only post here."

3) I will decided whether dodges, blocks, attacks, etc. succeed.

4) Use the skelly I use.

4) No additonal Immortals.

5) No controlling other characters, no matter how minor. This will NOT be tolerated.

6) No plot changing, no matter how little. I decide whether the changes of your character are valid or not. Characters must be lore-friendly.

7) Keep OOC (out of context) to an ABSOLUTE ZERO. This will be strictly enforced.

8) You MUST use proper grammar. Small accidents are fine, as long as you fix them. I want to have a literate thread. If you don't speak English as a main language do say so before creating a skelly.

9) I may have to control your character from time to time. This will be VERY rare, and when it does happen, it will be a very minor action. Well, I may have to do a few major actions as well. Join at your own risk.

10) This story is to be told ONLY in third-person. Make you tell the story via omniscient narration. If you don't know what that is, use everyone's best friend, Google.

11) If you do not follow these rules, I will kindly ask you to change the post, or you will be reported.

NOTE ~ Violence and torture will be described to utmost detail. If you are a visual person and have a weak stomach, it is recommended you avoid this RP.

Name: Sauriil Adorin

Age: 6,549

Gender: Male

Species: Altmer/Aedra

Major skills: Knows all spells from all schools of magic

Weapon/s: Staff of Magnus, All Combat Spells,

Armour:

Shouts: Unrelenting Force, Fire Breath, Frost Breath, Dragonrend, Call Dragon (Draalfahdrem)

History: Sauriil Adorin is Nerevarine, he defeated Dagoth Ur. For years he wandered, until he met his brother, Dovahthur. Dovahthur was a dark creature, a mere shadow of his former self. Sauriil defeated him, or so he thought. After he met Makor gro-Baroth, Gol'diir, Falin, Deadeye and Zork. They defeated many evils together, until Zork sacrificed himself. Falin, Makor and Sauriil became the Immortals, ordered by the Gods to protect Nirn aided by pieces of their corresponding God inside of them, Sauriil with Auri-El, Makor with Malacath and Falin with Y'ffre. Later he meets Veyd Sahvos they also defeat evils. Now he travels . . .

Home Hold: Sauriil hasn't visited Skyrim (because it is boring, of course) in centuries and travels Nirn. But he mostly visits Vvardenfell as it is his birthplace.

Misc: Being Nerevarine he has no need for sleep, food or drink and he is resistant to all disease. He also has the ability to use the powers of Auri-El, although this drains him of his strength and he gets into a coma for a whole week. And an even more powerful ability will cause Auri-El to take control of his body. This will put him into a coma for a whole month.

Misc 2: Sauriil has created many more spells, and an entire school of magic. This school of magic is called Divination, which allows the user to create whatever they wish (among other Divine powers), even if it doesn't exist (yet). This school of magic requires immense skill and, so far, is only know by Sauriil Adorin. He also knows of spells forgotten, or never learned by mortals. For example: Black Fire.

Misc 3: Sauriil has read all of the Black Books and gained one power from each (all of the mage related ones, ie. his spells cost zero magicka now). And is even working with Hermaeus Mora in creating an eighth Black Book.

Name : Makor gro-Baroth

Age : 32 (human years)

Race: Orc/Werewolf

Physical description : Muscular and tall even for an Orc, he has a long, black beard. As for his hairstyle he has a ponytail, with the edges cut (something like this: link). Scars and tattoos liter his body. The most notable tattoos are Dovahzul letters, to shape a Dragon. When he uses his Fire Magic and Thuum, the tattoos glow, increasing the power of the spells.

Psychological description : Makor is a hard-headed "brute". Makor cares a lot about honor, and he likes "girls", he doesn't hesitate to say what he likes. (add more later)

Family History: Makor was natural with a weapon. Makor’s grandfather, Olpac gro-Baroth slayer of Gaiden Shinji taught Makor everything he knew. Makor later falls in love with a Nord bartender, and live a happy life. One day Makor’s wife and him went out for walk, before there door, stood two Bretons heavily armored one armed with a sword the other with a crossbow they aimed it at the Makor’s wife killing her. Makor gets into berserker rage and kills them with nothing but a rock. Later on Makor lives his life by himself (Werewolves don’t age). Makor hears of bandits slaughtering Orcs, but they weren’t regular bandits they were marauders, more ruthless and have much better equipment. Makor puts an end to it, Makor was a hero. More things happened later. Giants, lots of them and they were controlled with magic, wearing full armor and armed with battle axes. Makor once again saves them and Malacath names him “The Champion of Malacath”. Makor takes his duty seriously as Champion. One night Makor is sleeping and he hears howling he gets up and swiftly grabs his Greatsword. He kills the beast but he gets infected, and becomes a werewolf. Not knowing how to control the beast he turns into one every night and slaughters everything in his path, Makor was later named “The Werewolf of the North”. Being the Champion of Malacath, he learns the magic, Makor has many tattoos representing what he fights for what he believes in, and what his passions are, the most notable are words of Dovahzul shaped into dragons when he uses the magic the tattoos glow increasing his the power of the magic and Thu’um.

Equipment : Volendrung, Burning Reaper (note he crosses both of them on his back he uses the Burning Reaper (which is an Orcish Greatsword) for mortals, Volendrung for things like Draugr, Firebolt Strom (a Firebolt that explodes into boulders, knocking and damaging enemies, it’s a real spell in Skyrim, although the only way you can get is through console commands)

Armor:

Powers : He is a notorious Werewolf, his fur is white (very rare, according to ESO white werewolves are the strongest and fastest). Custom Shout: "Gol Ag Frien" it covers the target in lava, then turns into stone.

Special trait(s) : Makor is an Immortal  since he is an Immortal, he can turn into Malacath at will, he can also use the magic of Malacath known as "Daedric Fire". Known as "Werewolf of the North" due to the location of his home land.

Psychological description : Makor is a hard-headed "brute". Makor cares a lot about honor.

Name: Falin Nightlake

Gender: Female

Species: Bosmer

Age: 210 (Looks like she's in her late twenties though)

Place of Birth: A remote village in Valenwood

Class: Agent

Major Skills: Stealth and archery

Weapons: Senche Tiger bone dagger, bow

Appearance: Link  (Note, only if she's Dragonborn would the horns be glowing)

Falin shares many similarities with other Bosmer: a slender yet strong build that allows for an agile fighting style, and her eyes carrying that unnatural look they're known for. Black sclera with a blood red iris. She prefers to keep her snow white hair very short. Taking on an aspect of the Wild Hunt out of desperation wasn't without its consequences. Horns now grow from her head, teeth changed into fangs and her nails hardened to claws.

Her armor is made from leather. Dragon scales have been meticulously layered on top to create a flexible but strong armor. Any extra needed reinforcement is provided by carved dragon bones.

History: As a child, she unintentionally led to her village being "cleansed" by the Aldmeri Dominion due to the humans that had married into and lived with the clans. Nearly everyone that lived there had been killed. She was found by a group known as the "Warriors of Y'ffre" and grew up closely following the Green Pact. Falin eventually began wandering Tamriel in search of some kind of purpose.

She ran into Sauriil while traveling through Skyrim and was pulled into helping save Tamriel from Daedric invasion. After helping cleanse Nirn of corruption in a later adventure, she was named an Immortal and became the vessel of Y'ffre. Though her newfound powers came with a cost: she could never settle down. Trying to create some kind of permanent home would result in tragedy befalling it and destroying it.

Following her adventures, she continues to wander, helping those in need. However, she never lingers once the problem has been dealt with.

Abilities: As an Immortal, Vessel of the god Y'ffre, she's been granted abilities that others wouldn't normally be able to use

  • Regeneration: she can heal from minor cuts, bruises, etc. in a matter of minutes. More serious cuts are typically healed in 5 hours. Grievous wounds and broken bones require several days to recover from.
    • This has its limits though as she cannot regrow lost limbs, digits, etc. Teeth seem to grow back however.
  • Controlling the Green: She is able to take control of plants and use roots and vines as an enchanted binding on her opponents. Plant life will bend to her will and she can use them to gather information on the surrounding area. This ability is amplified greatly within Valenwood
  • Summon Spectral Beasts: Call spectral creatures to aid in scouting, combat, or travel. However, these creatures can be easily slain. They can be summoned even if she's unconscious as a sort of defense mechanism.
  • Champions of the Hunt: Summon the champions from previous Wild Hunts. Can only be used once per week
  • The Great Story: Access and even alter the memories of another. Requires the person to be in a trance like state otherwise it causes great strain on her and the one whose Story she's viewing. Also more likely to fail.
  • Heightened senses: These are a result of almost becoming a creature of the Hunt. Her sight, hearing, and sense of smell are far greater than any man or mer.

Misc. Outside of her abilities as an Immortal, she is incapable of using any kind of spell.
