Hey everyone! I recently visited Sandy Creek Marina and noticed that Shack 512 is no longer in business. Can someone explain what happened? It was  pretty popular spot and I was  little surprised when I couldn’t find it. Hopefully something new will pop up soon to replace Shack 512. Either way, it was nice to be there as the marina itself is still a cool place. I wonder what they are planning for the future at this location? Could they add something else for guests?

Yes,  shack 512 is indeed no longer in business at Sandy Creek Marina. But don’t worry, they promise updates on new food options. In fact, Sandy Creek is not only a place to moor boats, but also a real community of people who are passionate about water sports. There are always people with similar interests there, and the marina itself offers not only a place to moor boats but also a lot of amenities. Although Shack 512 is closed, maybe something even better will come along.

I think lot of people got used to Shack 512 because it was pretty cozy place to hang out. But with Sandy Creek Marina offering so many things like fuel, a drink shop, and tasty snacks, hopefully the replacement will be just as convenient. Plus, the atmosphere at the marina itself is so friendly, it's always  pleasure to be there. I'm looking forward to hearing about new dining options.

Dat herken ik, het is altijd jammer als een favoriete plek ineens verdwijnt. Ik had datzelfde gevoel laatst en besloot gewoon iets nieuws te proberen om af te schakelen. Zo kwam ik terecht op zumospin, waar spelers uit de Nederlanden extra bonussen krijgen. Eerst verloor ik een paar rondes op het spel Sugar Rush, maar daarna kwam er een onverwachte winst die me echt verraste. Het gaf me datzelfde gevoel van plezier en ontspanning als toen ik nog vaste plekken bezocht — gewoon even genieten zonder zorgen.
