Just spell, or translate too? If the former, there is no unified method of transcribing English phonemes, but you can get close with wotaar [wotaar], streid [streid], bradhaar [bradhaar], haaf [haaf], riil [riil].

If the latter, only 'brother' has a direct translation given by Bethesda: zeymah. 'Stride', whether noun or verb, can plausibly fit under yoriik 'march'. 'Real' usually overlaps with vahzah 'true'. For 'water', see this question. 'Half' never appears in any Bethesda source, nor does any useful way to rephrase it.
