I dont use the imperial library. Only uesp. If I remember correctly, imperial library is classed as "tier 2 canon". |

Tier two canon is defined as material coming from developers or supplementary released materials and is considered canon until proven otherwise or is contradicted by more official sources such as the actual game (tier one canon). So reasonably canon. |
