Democratic republic.

I'd prefer a constitutional monarchy. Like the one from Star wars on Naboo. The monarch is voted for every few years and he/she gets a large, but limited, amount of power.

Sure Ahmuldein. Go ahead. I don't think a constitutional monarchy is good. Yes it is simular to a democratic republic, but it isn't the same. The United States is the gretest country on Earth, and other countries have actually copied our constitution as a role-model for theirs. I can't say that about other types of government or countries.

I never said it had to be an exact copy, just use the US constitution as an example for our own. I do want it to be simular though.

My faith in the democratic republic has been severely shaken recently. Obama's HHS Mandate was a blatant attack on religious freedom, and it would have been passed, had it not been for the sudden surge of the religious faithful. I wouldn't want the same kind of evils plaguing a new nation.

Also, I hope that you don't plan on including the "No public religious expression" tenet of socialism in the nation's constitution.

Obama is an idiot. He should have been voted out after the first term, but were idiots.

And going off of your "no public religion" thing, I don't think that a national religion is neccesary. Everyone should be able to worship who or whatever they want freely.
