If the dragonborn has the soul of a dragon then does it make you a lesser aedra? Or have the soul of one?

I think it would make you lesser I honestly think Dovahkiin would EASILY lose to for example, Akatosh.

Dragonborn has no relation to Aedra or Daedra, they simply have the blood of a dragon. Aedra are those who create the planets, and the nine divines are who created Nirn exluding Talos who only rose to godhood for leading the Third Era, which is why many don't believe Talos is a true divine. Aedra are actually planets, but they have symbols as creatures. Aedra literally  means "Ancestors" and Daedra are those who refused to help in the creation of Nirn, literally meaning "Not Ancestors"

Well Akatosh did create the Dragonborn, so they kind of do have something to do with the Aedra,

@YolGoraagSingh Yes, but if a human is blessed by a God as dragonborn was blessed, it doesn't make them a God or lesser God. Dragonborn was blessed, not created though.

Dragonborn has no relation to Aedra or Daedra, they simply have the blood of a dragon.

BUT the Dragons are the children of Akatosh and therefore Dragons ARE Aedra which makes the Dragonborn an Aedra too as he was ultimately created by Akatosh the leader of the Aedra.

The Aedra are more than the planets they turned into just like Daedric princes are more than their realms of Oblivion.
