Hi everyone! I've been looking for ways to cope with anxiety, and recently I came across the Liven app. Has anyone tried it yet? What do you think of such apps? I lack energy, I constantly worry about little things, and it's starting to interfere with my life. How effective are such apps? Maybe someone can recommend other methods or apps for dealing with anxiety? I'll be glad to hear any experience.

Hi! I use Liven, and it helps me. It helps me monitor my mood and build healthy habits. The app has routine mode that helps break down tasks into smaller ones, which reduces stress. It also has mood tracker that helps you track how you feel and what affects your state. If you are interested, you can read more here: techtimes.com. Overall, I think it's good support if you want to start working on yourself.

I have used a few anxiety management apps in the past, but I have always found exercise and outdoor walks to be more helpful. However, apps like these can be helpful for those who want to systematize their approach to   problem. It is good that such technologies exist, they definitely help to recognize and respond to your feelings.
