Also consider looking at canon vs non-canon, if you can't find a word chances are it's been scrapped.

Well, canon dragontongue has no "going to be" that's distinct from "was" or "is". In less convoluted words, fan-made vocabulary hasn't been announced to happen again. In the meantime, you can help by studying the ways of the existing words and making creative things with them.

"Allowed" is quite harsh a term. It is just that the admin and moderators considered the non-canon dictionary too troublesome to keep updating. Existing non-canon is free game, but of course understanding canon will help enormously in its usage.
