I'm right now imagining a fortress that is partially submerged in a lagoon. It has levels above and below the water, as well as launch area for flying and underwater constructs. It's army is adept at air, land, and sea warfare. The leader is Gale Harven, who is 5 ft (152cm). Though small in stature, he is a skilled diver and boatsman, having served a long military career. |

it would be a small bunker made out of a cave there would be traps every where inside. like a trip wire that activates something that drops rocks on to a slope or a hill the rocks roll a few feet infront of you. there would be about the leader of the hideout is a khajiit assassin/thief |
