As decribed in the title I need some aid in figuring out this tattoo. My friend recently got it and challenged me in figuring this out. I managed to pick out the letters used but they don't really help, imo. So anyone else want to give this a go?

Those are Dovahzul runes but not Dovahzul words. It's either in another language or is complete gibberish. |
