Anyone know a good way to practice English daily? I keep starting and stopping because I can't find something that holds my attention long enough

Same problem here. I get bored with most learning methods after a week or two. Need something that doesn't feel like homework basically

Staying motivated is the hardest part honestly. I struggled with the same thing until I found something that fits into my routine without feeling like extra work. Short daily sessions work better than long study blocks because you don't get tired of it. I've been using promova app for a while now and the lessons are quick enough that I actually finish them. The way it's set up keeps things moving so you're not stuck on boring grammar exercises forever. You learn new words and phrases that you can actually use in conversations which makes it feel less pointless. Progress tracking shows you how much you've done which helps when motivation drops. The key is finding something you'll actually use every day instead of abandoning after two weeks like most people do with learning apps
