This is good! A few corrections:

• Dukaan is the canon word for "dishonor." Vozin shouldn't be listed - I've deleted it now.
• I'd use faal instead of fin when referring to things like the Night Mother or the Dark Brotherhood, since they're proper nouns.
• You could cut fin and aan elsewhere. For example, "to invoke the wrath of Sithis" might be better translated as "wah naurim bah do Sithis." "Never steal the possession of a Dark Brother or Dark Sister" might be better translated as "Neh gahrot piraakend do Vul Zeymah uv Vul Briinah."
• Ful is the word for "so," rather than hul.
• Volaav is the word for "refuse."
