ahnok!

y'all probably already heard it, what do you think about the paid mods for skyrim?

I have one negative mods that i found on nexus:(note: this one is from the LTT forum)

Let me explain, steam has now made it so that you had to pay 3-5 bucks for mods. I made this mod to voice my opinion on Pay 2 Mod and for some fucking reason the mod got banned, so now here i am. This mod adds lord gaben into the game just so you can kill him, and he can be found in riverwood. Nothing more, nothing less.

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/65036/?

my question is: what do you think?

this is the change dot org link for a petition.

i think it might be good, we will have to wait to see how many mods will be paid or not and have to deal with it i guess.

For better or for worse Valve decided to axe the idea a little while ago. I wasn't too keen on the idea, I foresaw a lot of low quality mods (probably mainly of the "more attractive character models" variety) flooding the Steam workshop trying to make a few quick dollars, and eventually either phasing out free mods entirely or causing everyone to migrate over to Nexus.
