Hello to all! I tried returning a shirt to JCPenney, but they said it didn’t qualify because it was past their return window. Totally my fault for missing the deadline, but I wanted to see if there was a workaround, jcpenney customer support suggested I visit the store where I purchased it. Luckily, the manager there let it slide and processed the return. Sometimes it pays to ask, even if it’s a long shot. |
