I once made a payment through BillMatrix and noticed it didn’t reflect on my account for two days. I called billmatrix customer support, and they confirmed the delay was on their end. They reassured me it would process soon, and it did. If you’re in a hurry, it’s a good idea to call and verify the status of your payment. |
