This stone commemorates Bhor the Stubborn, who sat here still as Earth awaiting enlightenment, only to become old instead of wise.

To sit, or for dragons, to lie down or otherwise rest on the ground or a perch in an upright position. Compare to nok ‘to lie’ and praan ‘to rest’, which both refer to death and burial.
