It's a shame, because it's such an eloquent Shout, with plenty of power and purpose behind the words themselves. Pruzah pel, zul-zeymahi! I use all three of these rotmulaag regularly, but the Thu'um itself is unfortunately not used very often in-game. It's a shame, because it's such an eloquent Shout, with plenty of power and purpose behind the words themselves.
