Pronunciation of Dragon language letter "qo"

I feel that the pronunciation of this letter should be the voiceless uvular stop /q/ in IPA, rather than the sequence /kw/ that is is described as on this website. My reasoning is that Dragon Language often sounds rather guttural (e.g. when you hear dialogue from Paathurnax in TES5) and it wouldn't really make sense if the dragons didn't communicate with the use of at least one uvular consonant, considering that they already speak in a rather guttural manner. The Dragon Language is also phonetic unlike English, therefore if the Dragons wanted to transcribe /kw/ they could just use their letter for "k" and "w" in conjunction rather than needing a whole new letter, especially considering that "qo" is a rather rare letter. Therefore, it would make sense that "qo" is a separate phoneme, and /q/ is a fitting phoneme for "qo" as the Dragon Language is rather guttural.

Short answer: Correct.

Long answer: Correct. The site's pronunciation guides are made primarily for English speakers. They make the assumption that dragons would interpret the sequence /kw/ as /q/ because the uvular stop seems to exhibit rounding as a secondary characteristic.
