Does anybody know what re would be in the dovahzul?

Assuming "re" stands for "Regarding":

The closest canon term is the common and versatile do "of, about, from, belonging to". "Re: Skyrim", if dragons had e-mail, might translate to "Do: Keizaal".

Assuming "re" stands for the musical note before "mi":

There is no draconic terminology for specialised musical concepts. Being a nonsense syllable, the name could be taken as a loanword.

Assuming "re" stands for the end of "you're" or "they're":

Draconic has no verbal contractions. "You are" and "they are" must be translated in their full forms to hi los and nust los respectively.

Give the full sentence for context next time.

There is no canon equivalent for the prefix "re-". The fan-made equivalent prefix is "or-".

I like to use "med us tiid" (as before time) (or med laat, like last) as a way of describing doing something again. There's some word bending you might have to do to get a close enough equivalent...
