I still use the (horribly outdated and no longer available for download) Dovahzul Dictionary app for Android, but I wish there were an updated version of it. Hopefully we can get some community members to make an app for it relatively soon with similar features, such as looking up parts of words. There's still plenty of potential for this to happen, we just need to get ourselves together and maybe delegate it as a community. (Note: This is just my personal opinion.)
