Here's how I do it:

1. Take the original name (we'll use Logan)
2. Google "name origin Logan"
3. The first entry I get says it's probably Gaelic 'lag' which is 'hollow' (a type of land, not just meaning "without a center")
4. Now describe "hollow". Once again I Google it: it could be a small valley, hole. I also looked up the word origin for hole, which is cave
5. Now find Dovahzul words that might fit that:
One suggestion is: Mallumnaar - small valley
Malgoljot - small, Earth, jaw (represents a small opening in the Earth
Malgolbex - small, Earth, open (sounds the coolest to me)

The same steps can be applied to the others.

Eric - eternal, sole ruler
Ulgeinthur (eternity, one, overlord)
Ulgeindrog (eternal, one, lord)

Noah - rest, comfort
Drempraalgaan (peace, rest, stamina)

Steven - crown
Kronduulin - victory, crown, master
