Clicking on the link for the font will automatically download the file, and you can open it and install it on your own from there.

As for a translation of what you've written, the first is actually a traditional Dragon way of saying farewell. The phrase "Sky above, Voice within" is usually condensed to "Sky, Voice," which in the dragon tongue is "Lok, Thu'um." In Dragon runes, that is written as

The second one is a bit trickier, but it's been translated on here before, seeing as it's one of Paarthurnax's most memorable quotes. (Heck, I've heard of people getting it tattooed on their bodies.) I'll translate it myself anyway, if only for the practice. Dovahzul, the language of Dragons, rarely has word-for-word translations from English, and some of the words in this quote are not available in the canon lexicon, so I'll do what I can to stick with the original sentiment while using only canon Dovahzul words. I'll go through the translation process here:

Let's break this up into a few parts. "What is better" can be a standalone question in English, but in Dovahzul it gets more complicated. Surprisingly, there is no canonical Dovahzul word for "what," so we'll have to rephrase this into "Is it better to..." instead. So, the new phrasing would be:

Is it better to be born good or to overcome your evil nature through great effort?

There are still some words there that aren't available in canon Dovahzul, so we'll have to use some synonyms. I'm familiar with the available vocabulary of the language, so I'll change up a few words to make this sentence Dovahzul compatible.

This preserves the original intent of the sentence while only using words that have Dovahzul equivalents. Plugging the words into the translator, we get:

Note: When translating "good," I used kos instead of pruzah, because kos means moral goodness (like being a good person) whereas pruzah means good in a more general way (like a good meal).

Some of these words, such as nii and the second wah, can be dropped from the phrase without changing the meaning. So, the new phrase would look something like this:

The last step is to put the phrase in square brackets on the site so that they are displayed in Dragon runes. Canonically, there is no punctuation in the Dragon language other than the occasional hyphen, so we'll drop the question mark from the end. It'll look like this:
