You could describe various parts of a whole as "from one" (nol gein).

The actual translated sentence, though, depends entirely on what thought you want to convey, not just the phrase translation.

So, what thought/sentence are you trying to translate?

Almost like two halfs of a race or something. like part breton or nord. something like that.

About a month late, but I figured I'd answer anyway. You could take a note from the Song of the Dragonborn, which says ...wo los fron do ney dov ahrk fin reyliik do jul, "...who was kin to both wyrm and the races of man." Saying that someone is kin to both of their races would mean that they are half of each race, much like the Dovahkiin is, in a way, half mortal and half dov.
