Would you like the word Unstable?  That would be Tahrodiis,  (which under the expanded Definition means unstable) i found it on the Translator. I am not 100# certain that this is canon!! 

A few words that might help you:

Ni onik = Not wise

OneTheyFear was right, tahrodiis is about as close as you'll get in the limited vocabulary of the language, but there are a couple of other options for you if you'd like to check them out.
