To pluralise a noun, you write the last letter again, then add an "e". Nouns that end in vowels have no canon plural form, so it's most canonical to not change those words at all and let context imply the plurality.

Example:
Zun -> Zunne
Golz -> Golzze

As a community long ago, we used to pluralise nouns that end in vowels with the suffix "-he". It follows the pattern of the canon suffix "-a", which becomes "-ha" after a vowel.
